  • 1 package thinly sliced Turkey Bacon
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • Wood chips for smoking (apple recommended)

  1. Coat each side of the chicken tenderloins evenly with your chosen seasoning rub.
  2. Wrap each tenderloin snugly with a slice of Turkey Bacon.
  3. Preheat your smoker to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Place the wrapped chicken tenders on the smoker rack and add wood chips for flavor.
  5. Smoke at a temperature between 250-300°F (120-150°C), flipping after one hour for even cooking.
  6. Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  7. Once cooked, remove from the smoker and generously slather with butter before serving.
