  • 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 box stove top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • â…“ cup milk
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Spray your loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the meat mixture tightly into the pan.
  4. Carefully flip the loaf pan over onto the prepared baking sheet to release the meatloaf.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
  6. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup and white vinegar.
  7. After 40 minutes, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 10–30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
