  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Chopped chives or sage

Instructions

  1. In a pot, melt 1 tbsp of unsalted butter over medium-high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
