  • 1 Can of Pineapple Rings or 1/2 of a Pineapple cut into rings
  • 1 Mango Diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/4 Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 C Cilantro Chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 French Baguette Cut in 1/2 Inch Slices
  • 1/4 C Olive Oil
