  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 3 cups basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a food processor, blend basil leaves, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
