- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 24 vegan marshmallow Peeps (chopped)
- 2 cups M&M's (Easter colors if possible)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with tin foil, lightly greasing it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil; stir until well mixed.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and quickly sprinkle chopped Peeps evenly over the top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5–6 minutes until the Peeps are slightly toasted.
- Sprinkle M&M's on top while still warm.
- Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
