  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat is fine)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • About 20 Oreo cookies (divided: 8 whole, remainder coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 18 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and Oreo pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, oil, and water as directed on the cake mix box. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit before stirring until smooth.
  6. For frosting, whisk together Oreo pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; fold in whipped topping.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle ganache over the cake and spread frosting around edges or on top.
