- 16 ounces frozen peas (cooked, drained and cooled)
- 1 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese (cut into small cubes)
- 2 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/8 cup sweet pickles (drained, chopped)
- 2 slices thick turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the frozen peas according to package instructions. Drain and cool for about 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked peas, cheddar cheese cubes, chopped eggs, celery, sweet pickles, and crumbled turkey bacon. Stir gently to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight before serving.
