  • 12 small tart shells, baked
  • 14g butter
  • 60g pink vegan marshmallows
  • 88g cream cheese
  • 85g white chocolate
  • 6 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 190ml cream
  • 1/4 cup additional strawberry jam for core
  • 12 strawberries, sliced
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 100g mascarpone
  • Powdered sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, vegan marshmallows, cream cheese, and white chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, transfer to a bowl and mix in strawberry jam; let cool.
  2. Whip cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cooled strawberry mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill each baked tart shell with the strawberry cream mixture using a piping bag. Optionally add more jam and top with sliced strawberries.
  4. Whip together remaining cream, mascarpone, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Scoop onto each tartlet and decorate creatively.
