  • 4 fillets Branzino (170g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme, oregano
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup dry apple vinegar (60 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the branzino fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet, then season generously with salt and black pepper. Spread minced garlic evenly on top.
  4. Layer thin slices of lemon over the fillets followed by sprigs of rosemary, thyme, and oregano.
  5. Pour apple vinegar around the fillets to keep them moist during baking.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
