  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat room temperature butter with maple sugar until combined. Add powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
  2. Incorporate maple syrup and extract into the mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and salt before adding to the wet mixture. Combine until a dough forms.
  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes in plastic wrap.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
