  • 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine keto cereal, pecans, and salt; pulse until coarse crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar-free maple syrup and olive oil; add the cereal mixture along with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut. Stir until fully combined.
