  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze.
  5. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 40-45 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Apply the remaining glaze in the last 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
