Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente in salted water. Rinse under cold water and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni with sweet gherkins, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, and hard-boiled eggs.
