  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
