Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter, vegetable oil, and sour cream until blended.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
