Ingredients

  • Pre-made graham cracker crust or ingredients to make your own
  • Cream cheese (8 ounces, softened)
  • Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Boiling water (1 cup)
  • Cold water (1 cup)
  • Jello (2 small boxes, assorted flavors/colors)
  • Whipped topping (8 ounces, thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until fluffy, then blend in vanilla.
  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve one box of jello powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water.
  3. Pour half of the jello mixture into the crust and chill for 30-45 minutes until partially set.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the jello layer and chill again until firm.
  5. Prepare the second jello layer with the remaining jello box and pour over the cream cheese layer once set.
  6. Chill completely for 4-6 hours or overnight before topping with whipped topping.
