  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and coat in sugar before placing on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; create indents in the center after cooling slightly.
  5. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until just below boiling; pour over white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  6. Fill each cooled cookie cup with ganache and top with M&Ms to create fun designs.
