  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (from can, drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed, excess moisture squeezed out, and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and grated parmesan until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, garlic, salt, and herbs.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough on a floured surface and cut triangles if desired for bite-sized portions.
  4. Place filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll towards the point; pinch the points to form bunny ears.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
