  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese (diced)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and prepare your garlic and Italian seasoning.
  2. In your slow cooker, layer the chicken breasts at the bottom. Add diced tomatoes (with juice), cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–8 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the pot. Stir in diced cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  6. Mix cooked spaghetti into the crock pot until evenly blended.
