  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers
  • Confetti sprinkles
  • Nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by placing the candy mold on a sturdy baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Coat the molds with melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to harden.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soft caramels and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Mix in chopped pecans and remove from heat.
  5. Fill each egg mold with caramel mixture, leaving space for additional chocolate on top.
  6. Seal the eggs with remaining melted dark chocolate and return to the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
  7. Once hardened, carefully remove from molds. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles as desired.
