  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1012 oz. chocolate (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the lined dish to form a layer about ½ inch thick.
  5. Freeze for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Freeze again until firm before coating.
  8. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
  9. Dip each heart into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  10. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
