  • 90 grams caster sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 grams cornflour
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 75 grams chocolate chips

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually sift in the flour and cornflour, folding gently until just combined.
  4. Incorporate the orange zest and chocolate chips into the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
  7. Allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
