Cheesy Seafood Tortilla Bombs are an irresistible treat that seafood enthusiasts will adore.   • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced (divided)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, half of the minced garlic (3 cloves), salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and evenly spread the seafood filling over them. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the remaining minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
