  • 125 grams turkey strips, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 250 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and turkey strips; sauté for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  3. Stir in onions and mushrooms; cook for about 5–7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add chicken thighs and pour in apple vinegar. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, turning chicken halfway through.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake uncovered for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
