  • 1 lb Ziti Pasta
  • 1.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium sized Red Onion
  • 2 stems of Celery
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 lb Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of Celery Salt (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons of Celery Seed (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of diced Pimientos with the liquid
  • 2 teaspoons of White Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook ziti pasta according to package directions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Finely dice bell pepper, onion, celery; combine in a large bowl with celery salt and seed.
  3. Grate the carrot and add it to the vegetable mix.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar in another bowl for dressing.
  5. Combine vegetable mix and dressing; add cooked pasta and stir gently.
  6. Fold in diced cheddar cheese.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
