  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • â…“ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  4. For the peanut butter layer: Mix creamy peanut butter with melted butter; add vanilla and sifted powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter layer over cooled brownies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
