  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture; stir well.
  3. Gradually incorporate flour and salt, then knead until smooth. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
  4. Mix Biscoff cookie butter with cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick; spread the filling evenly over it.
