Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a nonstick angel food cake pan.
  2. Prepare the streusel topping by mixing chopped walnuts, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; then add cold butter until pebbly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
