  • 5 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoons panko crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut each mozzarella stick in half and freeze until solid.
  2. Prepare an egg wash by whisking the egg in a bowl. Place flour on a separate dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, panko, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  4. Coat each frozen stick in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
